Q. What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our business all sales are final. If you have an issue or concern with your product please contact us as soon as possible.
Q. How do I submit my own pictures or artwork?
When ordering a custom design you will purchase your product through out BYOD product page. Once you complete your purchase you can use our client upload page to send us specific design requests, photos, logos or artwork. If your not sure that your image will work on one of our products please use the Contact Form to send us your image/product details before purchase.
Q. Why do the colors look different on the product vs. the design?
Sometimes colors look slightly different. This can happen for a few different reasons. 1. The colors looks different from what I saw on my computer vs. the product that I received. A: Our monitors may be calibrated differently. Our monitor is calibrated to our printers/programs that we use and may be slightly different to what your monitor is calibrated to. A: The difference in product finish. For example our mouse pads and some of our other fabric based products might not be as vibrant as our chromaluxe/colorlyte products (aluminum/glass/acrylic) 2. The color on the design looks different than the picture you posted. A: Photography. Colors can seem different based on the lightening/angle/filters/background used in taking product images for Instagram/Facebook/Website.
